Just to double check a couple of things first:

• Are you 100% sure the email address is spelled correctly in your account?
• Have you checked your spam or junk folder? Sometimes the verification email ends up there

If everything looks correct and you still haven’t received the email, I recommend reaching out to Player Support so they can resend it for you.

You can do that in two ways:

From the game:

• Open your game
• Tap the Settings (cogwheel)
• Go to Account & Help
• Tap Help Center
• Choose any topic
• Scroll down and tap Contact Us

Or from your account settings:

• Go to Privacy and Security
• Then contact Player Support from there

They’ll be able to check your account and trigger a new verification email for you 👍
