Hi @parisredog being a Legendary levels with a silly small amount of moves you will need to use a few boosters or maybe gold for extra moves. See if you can get the Cake Bombs to only needing one piece of cake to be removed while you still have a good amount of moves left. If you can do that you could hit the last slice in each Cake Bomb with a Lollipop Hammer (if you have any).
If you don't have any boosters or gold bars for extra moves, you'd be best to stop playing this level for a short time and try and collect some boosters.
