keep losing internet even tho internet is fine

Question

I start playing a game and in the middle it says there is no internet connection. However the connection is fine. I have tried all the "fixes" suggested online i.e. turn wi-fi on and off, empty cache etc. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the game to no avail. It's ok for a few minutes and then disconnects from the internet. If I close it and reopen it's ok, but any game that I was playing marks as a "loss".

Please try the following lets see if it helps 💓

Force close apps and restart your device.

Check that you have the latest game and device updates

You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues

Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache

iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

Have you tried turning wifi off and playing from your devices data instead? I’m curious if that would help
