The Problem: Previously, I used to get rewarded ads in the game (for extra moves, lives, boosters, etc.). However, ever since I made my very first real-money purchase to buy gold bars, all ads have completely vanished from my game.
The Comparison: My friends, who play the game at similar levels, are still receiving all the ads and benefiting from the free rewards regularly.

It feels like a penalty for spending money on the game. Could you please look into my account status and restore the ad availability for me?

I know it's ridiculous @turan1453 and we've been saying that for years. But it's something else King do, that we don't understand why. What is the log wheel, are you able to add a screenshot of it or explain more of what it is please 👍

Hi @turan1453 Welcome to the Community 🤗 it's nice that you have joined us. Unfortunately many only join the Community when they have a problem and Player Support point them in this direction. What you are saying has been an issue for many years and we have seen countless posts like yours.

As we are all players like yourself, there is nothing we can do to get your adverts back. And sadly I can't say you will ever get them back after spending real money to buy something in your game. All I can say is 🤞 you will at some stage, but it's highly unlikely 🙄
