Hi, could someone help me? After reconnecting my account following the loss of my game progress, ads are no longer appearing in the game. Could you please help me fix this issue? Thank you!

Hi @lee2011 Welcome to the Community 🤗 it's nice that you have joined us. I'm not sure how you would be able to fix it as such. Adverts aren't a permanent feature in the game and many post to say adverts they used to have, have stopped.
Maybe once you've played a few levels they may come back. Do you have Sweet Cinema where you watch adverts? We also know that once paying real money to buy something in our games, adverts get stopped.
So if you haven't spent any real money, it's possible your adverts will just reappear. Good luck with your game and keep us updated on how you get on.
