Need Player Care assistance: Completely lost progress and cannot recover via FB/King Link

Hello, I am completely locked out of my original Candy Crush Saga account and have tried every standard recovery step (Facebook, email, and Google Play), but everything has failed. I am starting a thread here hoping a community manager or moderator can escalate this to Player Care to manually restore my progress.My approximate level was 7000 and above.

My old account username is Buttercup

Device I used to play on is Samsung Galaxy A16
