Hi @16406334358 Welcome to the Community 🤗. It's nice that you have joined us, but we are all asked to communicate in English so that everyone can understand and join in. Could you in future translate what you want to say and post in English please.
But for this post, I can see you have said that money was withdrawn from your bank twice for gold bars, but you didn't receive them. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about that in the Community as we are all players like yourself.
You will need to either contact your bank, and explain what has happened, or email King Player Support for their advice.
