on candy crush saga some of ads stuck like this and no way to move on until i exit the game and reload him, so i loose the game and points, please fix the bug

Hi @erez669 I also have problems with adverts, frustrating isn't it. As we are all players like yourself in the Community we can't fix the problems. What you can do is report the faults to Player Support, but to be honest that's not easy at the moment. So it's either put up with it or try and contact Player Support 🤔
