Support contact page is completely blank

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, the Player Support contact page (

https://soporto.king.com/contact

) is completely blank for me.

I have tried:

* Chrome on Mac
* Safari on iPhone
* Mobile network
* Wi-Fi

The page is still completely blank.

Is there another way to contact Player Support?

Thank you so much for taking the time to explain another way to contact Player Support. I really appreciate your detailed instructions and your willingness to help.

Before I had a chance to try this method, QueenB kindly looked into my account and was able to restore my game progress. Everything is back to normal now!

Hi @kaxis01 I'm sorry you are having so many problems contacting Player Support.  The only other way, which I personally don't find easy is:

Open your game, but before clicking on play, click on the Pink Wheel, at the bottom left hand side.

After clicking on the Pink Wheel (the⚙️icon), click on "Accounts & Help".

In the next page - click on "Help Center".

You should then see a list where you pick a topic, I select "Events & Challenges".

Choose a event, I chose Weekly Contest, it's easier.

Scroll all the way down and click on "Chat with us" that is the "contact" us button.

The Chat Bot will ask you some questions, there are quiet a few.

At the end, the bot will say "the issue has been reported.

You will/should then receive an automated email which may ask for you to reply again explaining your problem.

It isn't a quick process, but give it a try and let us know how you got on, good luck 🤞

Thank you for your help.

I emailed queries@support.king.com last Saturday, but I have not received any response or even an automatic confirmation email.

I also cannot access the official Player Support page because both the Contact page （https://soporto.king.com/contact） and the Help Center page （https://soporto.king.com/?type=help_center） only display a blank screen.

Could you please advise if there is another way to contact Player Support, or could you help forward my case?
