Why do we not get ads because of making purchase please

Hello, I recently made an in-game purchase for extra lives on my account. Right after completing this transaction, the option to watch rewarded video ads completely disappeared from my game. I enjoy supporting the game, but I cannot afford to make micro-purchases every single time I need a small booster or an extra move. Could you please review my account profile and manually restore or refresh the rewarded ads feature for me? Thank you

I found this out the hard way a few years ago. If you are lucky, and don’t purchase anything else, the ads may return after a few months. Sorry for this.

I did get the ads back after about four months I think. But now they are very stingy with ads with the new wheel.

Hi @16506833673 Welcome to the Community 🤗 It is something that has baffled us for years in the Community, that after paying real money to buy something, adverts disappear.

Your comment is interesting @Pinkie2 you say the adverts may return, did they for you. Only asking as out of 100's or even 1000's of posts I've only seen one person say they got them back after approx 3 months.
