Gold Bars and Boosters Disappeared After Signing in with Apple

Hello,

I had been playing Candy Crush Saga as a guest without signing in. The game suggested that I sign in to protect my progress, so I signed in with my Apple account.

My level progress was saved, but approximately 1,000 Gold Bars and around 90 Boosters disappeared immediately after signing in. I am still using the same device, and I have not deleted or reinstalled the game.

Could you please help me restore my missing Gold Bars and Boosters or connect my previous guest-game inventory to my Apple account?

Hi @legolas20 Welcome to the Community 🤗 it's nice that you have joined us. We are all players like yourself, so we are not able to access your account. You can contact Player Support and explain what has happened, hopefully they will look at your game account and advise on what they can do. If you didn't buy the gold bars, my understanding is that the maximum they can give is 500, so hopefully you will get some back. I doubt very much they will give you any boosters, unless you paid for them, but give it all a go. Click on the Contact us below and fill in all the required fields.
