I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your purchased items into your game!
Did you make the purchase via PIX? If so, King will not be able to deal with it as PIX is a third party payment method.
Please contact Google Play Support and send them a complaint. You can use this link (click on the Green letters) —> Google Play support.

Hi @viuvanegra Welcome to the Community 🤗 you say you have made a purchase of gold bars but haven't received them yet. Sometimes it can take a little while for items to show in your game. Try closing the app and reopening. If your gold bars still aren't showing, you would be best to contact Player Support explaining what has happened and they should be able to help you. Click on the Contact us below and fill in all the required fields.
