Has anybody found that you earn an award and it disappears? Also I did not get a 10,000 badge

Hi @Aileen1948 not sure if you are new to the Community, if you are Welcome π€ Yes many say they don't actually get the awards they earn, it seems the system can't cope with everything that's on it. Re your 10000 badge, you need to request that, have you. If you haven't, take a screenshot of your game map showing you have passed level 10000, then open Contests at the top of your screen, next to Discussions and Support. Look for the thread that says claim your 10000 badge here and attach your screenshot. Good luck π
