Paid for 24 hours of candy crush for $14.99. For the second time it disappeared after a few hours. Where do I go to get a refund? Thanks

If the $14.99 offer is still showing in your game, could you please share a screenshot of it with us? I’d like to check exactly what the offer included and what the 24-hour reward was supposed to provide.

@Linner123 when you say your refunds were approved, did you request them through Apple/Google Play, or did you contact King Player Support?

If the refund was approved by Apple or Google Play, the money is normally returned to the original payment method used for the purchase, although it may take a few days to appear.

If you contacted King Player Support instead, please let us know what they confirmed or provided, as that may have been a restoration of the missing in-game items rather than a payment refund.

Once we have those details, we can point you in the right direction.
