We are seeing the same problems/complaints over and over again. But instead of sorting all the problems out, King concentrate on changing, bringing new things in. Yes we know there are different sections that deal with different things, but can the system actually cope with all the unnecessary changes.
We have adverts that go on forever, and problems when clicking the X that then takes us into their website. If you dare hit the back button it quite often crashes the game. Adverts need to be shortened and made clearer as to when we can claim the reward. Yes we contact Player Support but the problems still exist.
We have many saying they are not receiving lives, when contacting Player Support they explain how many lives you can have, how many you can use and that the Internet could be slow. Instead of believing there is a problem and sorting it.
We have many playing via Facebook who still aren't receiving new levels.
We have many saying they've paid for gold or a package, the money was taken but they didn't receive what they paid for.
We have many saying they opened their game to be on level 1 but they have actually reached level 10000 or above.
We have many saying they can't open the game app and others who can, their game crashes.
Instead of dealing with all of this we get a 🤬 Wheel of Fortune to replace the increase of moves when failing a level, worst feature ever thought of 🥴 . Booster graphics changed to cartoons. Booster bar at bottom of level increased in size. Side games that are meant to be fun, making levels even more difficult than they already were. Pop up after pop up.
These are just a few things I can think of, I'm sure there are many more.
As one of the most popular games in the world, surely the developers top priority should be making it more fun, relaxing, and ruling out all the unnecessary problems.
