Level 6681: collect 60 blue candies and 64 toffee swirls within 17 moves

Magic mixers exclusively spawn 1-layer sugar coats.

Toffee swirl dispensers provide a 3-layer toffee swirl every 2 moves.

Special candies already in the board are from starting boosters.

The board on my last move:

The highest number of toffee swirls that can be cleared is 54. I need at least 7 more moves to win.

If at all possible, could someone from King please compensate me for starting a Deep Dive Dash on an impossible level? I'm missing out on up to 35 gold bars. (ID: 15806951310)

I appreciate this response, thanks. @QueenB Yes, I do know that Kiara is a real person who has been a moderator for a long time. I also appreciate that English is not her native language, so she uses some help tools to respond. However real people using automated systems inappropriately are not helping any better than a bot. This sends a bad signal to players who come to this community for help.

The game experts and moderators are very helpful with technical issues, such as retrieving a lost account, payment issues or guiding players to the help available here in the community and in the Help Centre and by contacting player support. We players are unable to help with a lot of this stuff, so it's great we have the moderators and game experts to help! They are also invaluable in responding politely to gibberish or poorly phrased incomplete questions, which we get far too many of now, and I have given up responding to.

However I can't say the same when it comes to questions or complaints about specific levels or about being stuck on a level without gold or boosters. I think those posts need a more personal response from someone who actually has read the post. The latest videos can help, but only if the question wasn't a complaint about the level having too few moves or a question asking how to pass it after running out of gold and boosters. If these players are then shown a video that uses multiple boosters, or has more moves, then it can be quite aggravating if not insulting. There are some people in this community who understand the constantly changing game better than anyone representing King here. In fact the author of this thread who posed the question is themselves one of these expert players. That's why I made my point about the inappropriate response.

There still hasn't been a proper response here about why some levels are mathematically impossible now and more importantly my own question in another thread as to whether this is deliberate or a glitch in the system that needs to be reported. Level 6681 has been impossible for a long time and reported multiple times, yet it never gets changed. Why? It is very well picking up each individual level that is being complained about but the bottom line is this: Some levels cannot be passed using boosters alone. Is this now accepted by King policy or not? We know and understand that using boosters are part of the game and the app will give players boosters as gifts to keep them going. However what about levels like this one, and at the same time I'd like to again mention our old friend early level 114, which is like this too: Boosters will not help pass such levels. Players get very frustrated by these types of levels, quite rightly so, because we are being taught to use boosters to pass levels and are encouraged to use boosters to pass levels, yet every so often we find that our UFOs and party poppers were completely wasted, because at the end of the level we still fail because mathematically there are just not enough moves. This makes people angry and frustrated and it is a fundamental problem which spans more than just specific levels like this one. Well, it makes me angry that this has not been sorted out and fixed by anyone, and that we still haven't had reply from King whether this is now part of how the game is meant to be. So please don't just go off to report this level….again… to the makers. Ask them WHY this and multiple other levels have left players short of moves despite us wasting our precious party poppers and UFOs on them.

You’re right that it is clearly not a new member, and the reply could have been more closely matched to what was being reported.

Just to clarify one thing though, Kiara is not a bot. She’s a player and volunteer Moderator who has been helping in the Community for a long time, and like all of us, she can sometimes miss something or make a mistake.

I would like to add to @Alienscar 's comment: It is inappropriate to welcome a player to this community who has been here since September 2025 and has deservedly earned noble rank! Please could the community bots make sure that responses are in fact appropriate to what has been posted and if they cannot do this leave those posts for real humans like @PummyRaj or us players to answer.

@kiara_wael @QueenB how is posting a link to a video that shows the level being completed with 25 moves helpful? All it proves is that @シリンダーノット is right and level 6681 needs more than 17 moves in order that it can be completed playing 'normally'

Likewise how is the link to the "Stuck on a level" thread helpful. Help can not be provided by other players when a level has been broken by King and been made mathematically impossible to complete.

This is an infamous level. It's faulty and unfortunately cannot be passed without boosters or gold due to the issue you mentioned: there are not enough toffees dropping in 22 moves to fulfill the order. It has been reported many times, but it still remains broken.

Passing it requires the lucky candy booster (the one with a check mark) which will spawn more toffees for you to collect. It can be obtained for free from Season Pass. Scroll down to any easy level that you can win and keep replaying it to climb up the tiers in Season Pass. This way, you can receive all prizes, including a UFO, without having to pass new levels.

This video shows Suzy Fuller passing this level with this booster.
