I did a purchase for gold bars over 2 weeks ago and it hasn't reflected.
I've done all those pass levels,log out and in tricks and no response yet

Hi @godia have you contacted Player Support letting them know you haven't received the gold you purchased. If you haven't, that's the best thing to do, they can check your account to see what has happened. You can either do that through your game by clicking on the Pink toggle or click on the Contact us below and fill in all the required fields. Good luck, hope you get it sorted π
