hello! since yesterday i ve been receiving ads of applications through google play which i can not close. as a result i can t receive the extra moves or bonus. am i the only one?

i m still having problems with ads. it started 2 days ago.i did not download anything or change anything. with some ads i have to click in them so time can run. the biggest problem is with the ads of applications through google play (tik tok, revolut and many others). i m in Greece, my phone is samsung a40, i know it s a little bit old, but it works perfectly. i forgot to tell you that sometimes (just a few) the ads today worked as normal. i m sending a screen shot where the x doesn t appear at all or you have to wait toooo looong. it s so annoying...

Hi @eleninio Welcome to the Community 🤗 it's nice that you have joined us. Many of us are having problems with adverts not playing or crashing and closing our games. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about it in the Community as we are all players like yourself. But I have already emailed Player Support twice telling them which adverts are doing it to my game. So if you want to report it, open your game and follow the below ⬇️ and if you can, keep a note of which adverts are doing it and add that in your comments.
