Loss of saved lives

Why do I lose all of my lives every time Candy Crush Saga posts a message on the start page that I have to accept new terms of usage. This has been going on for a long time and I don't see why they can't fix this. Their answer to me is " don't save so many lives" use them. Well I save them for use on the hard puzzles.

Hi @Spoose I've got to say, I've never known so many glitches in the system as there is at present. I'm having problems re receiving lives, different to you, but I opened a thread a few weeks ago, which is now being looked into. I will attach it below for you to add your comments, as the Community Manager would like to see who is having problems. @Wertz who is in my friends list and also in the Community had or is having the same problem as you.

Are they still saying daft things like 'don't save so many lives' 😂 easy get out. About 11 years ago I lost all my boosters and that's exactly what they said to me 'you shouldn't be saving boosters, you should be using them 🙄 madness.
