I have attained level 5499, but I have not yet been granted the associated rewards or badges. Furthermore, my participation in a recent event did not yield any benefits.

Hi @Ambilis can't help you with the rewards you didn't get in a recent event you participated in. But take a screenshot of your game map, showing where you are now, when you've done that come back here, and click on what I have attached below. Click on the View Post in green and scroll down to find the badges you have earned. You will need to attach a screenshot to each one 1000, 2000 up to 5000. It may take a few days to get your badges, but you will get them 👍
