Hello @mclara44 and thank you for the feedback. Several King games are experiencing glitches with ads. These issues are currently being investigated, and we hope to have a resolution soon. I encourage you to view the following post and add your specific experience to the list of issues ⤵️
I also encourage players to report their specific issues with ads directly to the Player Support team. You can do that through your game as follows:
Before tapping the "Play" button, tap the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> In the search box, type "ads" and enter. Tap on the ">" next to the listed article. Then, scroll down (past the same information that is in our Help Center) until you see the "CHAT WITH US" button and tap it. Provide the requested information and submit it.
The initial email reply is always an automated response. You might be asked for more information and screenshots, so be sure to reply to the first message. Once you can see a ticket number in the title, you can be sure your issue has been assigned to a person.
