Problems with candy crush

For the past month I have tried to buy boosters with gold bars. The game takes my gold bars and gives no boosters!

I have reported it many times. Sent video screenshots to show what happens. My phone is brand new. Support refunded the gold bars but that doesn't help when you lost the level! And their "studio" says they cannot re-create the problem.

On top of that, the daily treat machine is gone. The game is no longer fun. It's just annoying.

Has anyone else had issues with the app?

Hi @nothelpingme it's good that you did post about it, that way everyone having the same problem(s) know they are not alone. Hopefully you managed to get the Daily Treat Machine off line. And as I said there seems to be so many problems, it must be giving the Community Managers nightmares. Anyway keep posting the good and the bad, it's always helpful and good to see 👍

Hi @nothelpingme Welcome to the Community 🤗 It certainly appears there are many problems with the system at present. I won't list everything that's wrong, but if you have a look at other posts under Discussions and Support, you will get an idea.
