Hi,
Why is it that I don’t get the option to watch adverts to get more live or gifts. The only option is the spinning wheel but I don’t have gold coins and I can’t pass levels for ages. Please help.

Hi @nattyjg not sure if you are new to the Community, but if you are Welcome 🤗. Did you used to get adverts in your game, but they have now stopped, or have you never had them? Join the club for having the 🤬 Spinning Wheel (Wheel of Fortune) even if you did have gold bars, it wouldn't help much.
Another reason players don't get adverts is if they have spent real money to buy something in their game. If you haven't 🤞 you will get adverts to help you soon.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
