I can't access my saved Facebook progress on my mobile; when I send it back, the screen goes white.

Question

It's impossible to get my Facebook progress to sync with the PC app. When I try to log in with my Facebook account, the app doesn't respond. I also tried creating a King account with the same email address as my Facebook account, but it still won't sync. I need my Facebook account transferred to my King account so I can start the app. Furthermore, I find it disrespectful that you're making me go around in circles on the website without contacting me from the platform to offer a solution, instead leaving users to debate which leads nowhere. Another observation: writing in Spanish is also friendly, not just in English. I respect, and you should respect, other language groups since your app is global.
