Subject: Issue with Advertisement Videos Not Playing During the Game

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been facing while playing the game for the last 8–10 days.

Whenever an advertisement is shown during the game to avail additional benefits, such as an extra chance or other rewards, the advertisement video does not play properly. As a result, I am unable to receive the benefit offered through the advertisement.

Due to this issue, I have to exit the game repeatedly and restart it, which is inconvenient and affects the overall gaming experience.

I kindly request you to look into this issue and resolve the problem at the earliest so that the advertisement videos play properly and the associated benefits can be availed without interruption.

I had the same problem with my galaxy tab 7s.Did a test playing Candy on my phone, no problems. My phone is newer than my tablet. So I think that with the latest update from Candy Crush the problems started, they made the game so much faster, so fast that older equipment can't keep up with the game and the video's in the ads.

Hi @Gaurav56789 Welcome to the Community 🤗 it's nice that you have joined us. We are not Player Support, we are all players of the game, like yourself. And yes a lot of us are having problems with adverts the same as you. A thread has been opened to investigate the problem adverts, I have attached it below for you to see. Click on the View Post in green and have a look. It would also be helpful if you add your comments to that, and even more helpful if you know which adverts it is that's causing the problems 👍
