Lost game progress

Question

Hi Support Team,I accidentally deleted the game data on my phone, and now my game progress has been lost.I was around level 6700, but after reinstalling/losing the app data, my account is reset. Could you please help me restore my game progress back to where I was?Here is my account information:

* Game User ID (if known): Karen
* Device Model: [iPhone SE ]

Hi @karen9988 I don't know what Player Support will be able to do in this situation, but send them a message explaining exactly what has happened, and see what they say.  You can do that through your game.

So open your game and click on the Pink Cogwheel, top right of your map, then go to ⬇️

Account & Help → Help Center → choose the relevant topic → scroll down → Contact Us / Chat With Us.  You will have a nice chat with Kingsley the bot first, then you should get a ticket_issue number then an email from Player Support.  You may need to explain again in the email you get, but give it a go.  Would be nice to know what happens, good luck 👍

Thank you for your reply.Actually, I was playing the game as a guest without a registered account (neither a King account nor Facebook).After I accidentally deleted the app, I reinstalled it on the exact same phone, but all my progress was gone. Since I never linked a King or Facebook account, my progress didn't sync back automatically.Is there any way for King support to look up my device ID or local save file to help restore my level?
