why don’t you continue to offer free extra turns after watching an add once someone “pays” for them??

Are you saying you spent real money to buy something in your game. If that's what you are saying, join all the others that have had the same happen to them.
You will be told adverts aren't a permanent feature in our games and that they can come and go. Well if you've paid real money, adverts go but don't come back, sorry to have to tell you that.
But now you've joined us please stay, have a read and join in other posts, mainly under Discussions. It's a good way to find out what is going on, and it's always nice to know how others are doing.
