Manual Account Fix Needed: Corrupted OAuth Token - User ID 1245299751

Hello,
My Facebook OAuth token linked to my Candy Crush account is corrupted on your server. When I try to retrieve my progress via Facebook, the authentication times out and goes into an endless loop. This happens across all environments (Chrome, Edge, King.com, and the Windows Store App). My in-game features are frozen, the privacy button is unresponsive, and my avatar has reset, confirming a server-side sync issue.

My User ID is: 1245299751, I am at level 19307.

Client-side troubleshooting (clearing cache, incognito, changing browsers) does not work. Please manually fix the broken Facebook link on my profile, or manually migrate my progress to a new standalone King Account using my email. Thank you."

Hi @orly10 yes you will get Kingsley the bot asking you questions. Once you have answered them all, you should get an automated email from King. You then open that email and explain again what the problem is. Are you saying you didn't get an automated email, from your chat with Kingsley the bot? If you haven't do it all again, but make sure you keep answering Kingsley's questions until they are finished. Good luck 👍

If you are still having problems @orly10 you would be best to contact Player Support, follow what I put in my first post. Ask them to check your game, to see what the problem is 👍

I managed to get my in-game avatar back, but access to the store is still freezing.

 I can't buy boosters or use Candy coins, and Yeti's drawer isn't working either.

Hi @orly10 Welcome to the Community 🤗 As we are all players like yourself, we can't access your account to fix it.

You will need to contact Player Support. You can do that directly through your game, so they can check your account:

Open your game and click on the Pink Cogwheel, top right of your map, then go to ⬇️

Account & Help → Help Center → choose the relevant topic → scroll down → Contact Us / Chat With Us. When you get to Kingsley the bot, explain what has happened.

Once you've done all of that, you will receive an automated reply, you would be best to explain again on that what has happened. It isn't a quick process but good luck, hope you get it sorted 👍
