I spent my gold bars to advance to win to get more gold bars. I didn’t know you had to win 3 times to get anything. Very upset and should have been informed first because I’ve been stuck. I can’t advance to even have a chance to get more gold bars.

Hi @pgkeen2026 are you talking about the Caramel Cup. It's never ending with King bringing in new things and changing the game. They really should be sorting out their system and putting everything right that's wrong first, before introducing new, unhelpful, not fun features. Shame they don't listen to the constant feedback the Community keep giving. The Caramel Cup might be fun for some, but it's confusing and unachievable for many more 🥴
What kiara_wael has put isn't really helpful, if you couldn't pass the three races in the time given, you won't get the gold, even if you contact Player Support 🙄

Thank you for reporting and sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, we’re not able to add missing Gold Bars or other items from the Community. If the reward is missing from your game, you’ll need to contact Player Support directly through the game so they can check your account:
Settings → Account & Help → Help Center → choose the relevant topic → scroll down → Contact Us / Chat With Us.
