Buying boosters with gold bars but not receiving purchase

Question

hi.  Three times today I bought the piñata booster and each time it said transaction failed and no money taken out. I have seen the gold bars drop by 29 each time but did not receive the boosters.  This bug is causing some internal fraud within the game.  Yesterday I’ve purchased the 24.99 pack and was told transaction was successful and then it looks like no gold bars or boosters arrived. This happened a couple times.  Is anyone else having issues with this type of bug.  I need someone internal to take a look at my account and see these failures and rectify them. Thank you.

Hi @Ajer77 Welcome to the Community 🤗 We are all players like yourself and it's nice that you have joined us.

The best thing for you to do, is contact Player Support.  You can do that directly through your game, so they can check your account:

Open your game and click on the Pink Cogwheel, top right of your map, then go to ⬇️

Account & Help → Help Center → choose the relevant topic → scroll down → Contact Us / Chat With Us. When you get to Kingsley the bot, explain what has happened.

Once you've done all of that, you will receive an automated email reply, you would be best to explain again on that what has happened. It isn't a quick process but good luck, hope you get it sorted 👍

Hello @Ajer77 and Welcome to this King Community!  I am sorry to hear that you did not receive gold bars you purchased.  There might be a delay, but you should receive them after a reasonable amount of time.

Unfortunately, we cannot access records for individual player accounts from this Community, but we have a section in our Help Center that describes steps to take to report issues with purchases. Tap on the link below and then select the tab for your specific device.

Alternatively, you can reach out to Player Support directly through your game as follows:

* Tap the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> Select the topic of the issue you are having (e.g. Purchases) and scroll all the way down and tap “Chat With Us.”

This way our Player Support Team will have the details about your device and account and should be able to assist you 💚
