New player, looking for some explanations and general advice!

So i’ve just started playing saga about a week ago. I consistently play around 30-60 minutes everyday and have progressed to level 141 as of today. However, I’m making this post because it seems that I am a bit behind in knowledge on how the game and its various features work. Boosters, recommended moves etc.
Honestly I’ve been somewhat mindlessly going with recommended moves most of the time as I was unsure if they were always “optimal” or not, however it seems they aren’t.

For example- the brown candy’s that spawn speckled with rainbow dots- they are nearly always recommended to be used upon appearing by the game. I follow this advice but I don’t understand or know if I am taking full advantage of the opportunities they provide. Additionally, I have never used a single booster option at the bottom of my screen. Yes, the game explains how they each function individually, but due to my lack of experience/understanding, I don’t really know when the best use cases for them may be.

Essentially, if anyone could point me in the right direction, perhaps to a certain youtube channel that unpacks the game in much better detail for newer players, forums, etc- I like to really learn as MUCH as possible about any cool hobby like this I might be getting into and obsessing over it- I want to become as experienced and strategic as possible with my gameplay and progress as much as I can! If you are at level 141 then you're okay to use the recommended moves @polario . The game starts off very gently and initially it will help new players enjoy the game and make progress. There are a huge number of tips I could share, because I play those first 200 levels a lot, and know them really well. I don't want to overwhelm you, but for now:

• Make sure you budget your gold and boosters wisely. Don't spend gold bars on your first attempt on any level. Very often your second attempt will be easier.
• The more gold you make the better for later on in the game, when levels will get harder to pass
• When you get to level 200 you will be given an incentive to keep your win streak and at that point I could give you some more tips about that, but for now please don't waste the gold bars or your boosters. Replay each level until the game allows you to pass.
• If you get a timed UFO play it 4 moves from the end of a level. Often that's enough to help pass the trickiest levels.

Everything in this game is an illusion and manipulated. All the events are not what they seem, the other players you see are picked by the app to match your skills. Be aware that nothing is random and all the outcomes are pre determined and fixed by the app.
