As Spinnifix said, you can now claim 19 badges, now you have joined the Community.
Go to the top of your screen and click on Contests, which is a heading next to Discussions and Support. Open Contests and scroll down, looking for the threads that say Claim your 1000, 2000, 3000 and so on up to 19000 badge. Each thread you open, you will need to attach a screenshot of your game map, showing where you are. So before you start take a screenshot of your map. Once attached, it will take a few days to get them, but you will eventually. Have a go and see how you get on.

You're welcome to get the badge. You can find this thread at the top in the "Competitions" category. There, you'll find all milestone badges from 1000 to 23,000. So, for you, the options are from 1000 to 19,000. If you're in these posts, post a picture of your player card showing the levels, and you'll each receive your badge.
If you want to. It's not an obligation and everything is voluntary.
