I had gold bars and 3 free spins for the wheel after a race win. All are gone now. Wasn’t even able to use my spins at all, gold is gone too. All i did was close my phone for an hour. I lost my streak of 25 wins. I’m honestly frustrated right now.

How many gold bars was you offered for your Episode/Champions race win, and did you claim and get them.
The best thing for you to do, if you won the race but haven't got your gold, is contact Player Support. You can do that directly through your game, so they can check your account:
Open your game and click on the Pink Cogwheel, top right of your map, then go to ⬇️
Account & Help → Help Center → choose the relevant topic → scroll down → Contact Us / Chat With Us. When you get to Kingsley the bot, explain what has happened, in as much detail as you can.
Once you've done all of that, you will receive an automated email reply, you will need to explain again on that, what has happened. It isn't a quick process but good luck, hope you get it sorted 👍
