Odzyskanie kontaTitle: Locked out of my account - Stuck in automated bot email loop for days. Help!

everyone,
I am reaching out here because I am completely desperate. I have been locked out of my game progress for over 48 hours. My account has always been linked to Facebook, and in my Facebook privacy settings, the game is still marked as ACTIVE.However, whenever I try to log in, the game starts from Level 1. I tried contacting email support multiple times, but I am stuck in an endless loop of automated bot

Hi @Anija84 that doesn't sound good, but you are best to do it yourself. Did you contact Player Support via your game.

Did you Open your game and click on the Pink Cogwheel, top right of your map, then go to ⬇️

Account & Help → Help Center → choose the relevant topic → scroll down → Contact Us / Chat With Us. Then when you got to Kingsley the bot, did you explain in detail what has happened.

If you did, once you've done all of that, you will receive an automated email reply. Once you receive that you you need to explain it all again on that, of what has happened.

Whatever you do, you need to just keep on replying to the email(s) they send you. You don't start the process over again. So if you did contact them, and you got an automated email, reply back on that.

It isn't a quick process but good luck, hope you get it sorted 👍
