I have no lives yet it shows 20? Lives are not resetting - have cleared cache, logged out and back in again etc etc. Any other suggestions

The 20/20 that you see shows how many of your saved lives you have used it does not show how many lives you have got.
The 20/20 is permanent until you use a saved life and as such that means there is nothing wrong with your game. When you use a saved life then the 20/20 will change. If you use three lives for instance then the 20/20 will show 17/20. If you use the twenty lives that you are allowed to then the 20/20 will show 0/20. Twenty four hours later it will reset to show 20/20.
The issue you have is that you don't have any saved lives to use and that is why the 20/20 does not change for you

Are you able to attach a screenshot of what is showing for your lives. The thread that @Spinnifix has attached won't be much help to you, that isn't to do with your problem.
So if you could attach a screenshot that would be helpful. Also being new to the Community you may find what I have attached below helpful, for answering. Click on the View Post in green and have a read, hope to hear from you again π
