Dear Candy Crush Support Team,
I would like to report a problem regarding the Star Tournament levels and how they are counted in different events and missions.
For players who are at the end of the game, the Star Tournament includes levels that are repeated. However, when these Star Tournament levels are played, they do not count toward certain missions or events.
For example, in the Chocolate Box event, if the mission says “Play an unplayed level” or “Pass a level on your first try,” Star Tournament levels are not counted. The same issue happens in the Weekly Contest and also in the current Music Season event.
It seems that only the newly released levels that are added after about one week are counted. Because of this, it becomes very difficult or even impossible to reach the required progress and win the prizes.
My request is that whenever a Star Tournament level is played, please count it in all relevant events and missions as if the player is playing that level for the first time. This would make the missions fair for players who have completed all the regular levels.
Please look into this issue and consider fixing it so that Star Tournament levels can count toward missions, events, and prizes just like other levels.
