Hi @zeeshanashfaq Welcome to the Community 🤗 it's nice that you have joined us. As Spinnifix said adverts aren't a permanent feature in our games, they can come and go. But you didn't say if you have ever had adverts in your game, and that they have now stopped.
Have you had adverts before, and what level are you on now. Also have you ever spent real money to buy something in your game. We know from many who post in the Community, that after spending real money adverts get stopped, and possibly never returned.
