It looks similar, although reopening the game works for you and didn’t seem to help @ghassassin . I’ll include that difference when reporting it.

Also, does your task show 0/0, like in the screenshot above? If it happens again, a screenshot of yours would be helpful too 🙏

I just came across this thread! I would like to jump in and provide some details you asked → HERE, as a similar glitch has been happening in my game as well, every now and then!

Your questions in bold and my answer in plain text😊

What device are you playing on? — I play an iPad & iPhone, but this happens only on iPad;
When did this first start happening? — Maybe few weeks ago;
Does the box appear automatically when you open the game and stop you from playing, or does this only happen when you tap the Chocolate Box? — My answer is neither! It pops-up randomly. But it usually happens when I have no choices left to choose for that particular chocolate task!
I do not see X, so I have no other option but to close the game App! Once I reopen the game, the feature acts normally!

Do you think what I am experiencing & @ghassasin having are same issue? Would you need any other details from me?

Hi @ghassassin , thanks for trying the steps @Spinnifix suggested and sorry they didn’t help. Your screenshot shows the Gold Chocolate Box with a 0/0 task and no close button, which does look strange.

Could you tell me:

What device are you playing on?
When did this first start happening?
Does the box appear automatically when you open the game and stop you from playing, or does this only happen when you tap the Chocolate Box?
