I have reached Level 10,000, but I didn't receive the Level 10,000 badge. Is there a reason why?

Hi @Amagold Welcome to the Community 🤗 We are all players like yourself and it's nice that you have joined us.
If you are talking about the 10000 banner, we don't get them anymore until you reach 20000. But you can claim a badge for every milestone level you have pass.
You need to do that yourself, and get used to how the Community works. So now you have reached 10000 you can claim 10 badges.
Go to the top of your screen and click on Contests, which is a heading next to Discussions and Support. Open Contests and scroll down, looking for the threads that say Claim your 1000, 2000, 3000 and so on up to 10000 badge. Each thread you open, you will need to attach the screenshot you have shown here. Once attached, it will take a few days to get them, but you will eventually. Have a go and see how you get on👍
