I won a champions race on this game and was meant too win 27 gold bars these were not added too my account I have tried emailing 8 times with no real help response could anyone help please

The only thing you can do, is what you have done. When you say you emailed Player Support did you do that through your game, like this β¬οΈ
Open your game and click on the Pink Cogwheel, top right of your map, then go to β¬οΈ
Account & Help β Help Center β choose the relevant topic β scroll down β Contact Us / Chat With Us. When you get to Kingsley the bot, explain what has happened.
Once you've done all of that, you will receive an automated email reply, you will need to explain it all again on that, what has happened. You may keep getting emails, just cut and paste what you put on the 1st one. You need to stick with those emails and not start the process over again.
