Hi @vamsiaerupula Welcome to the Community π€ We are all players like yourself and it's nice that you have joined us.
As we are all players like yourself we can't access accounts, you will need to contact Player Support. You can do that directly through your game, so they can check your account:
Open your game and click on the Pink Cogwheel, top right of your map, then go to β¬οΈ
Account & Help β Help Center β choose the relevant topic β scroll down β Contact Us / Chat With Us. When you get to Kingsley the bot, explain what has happened. You should then be given a ticket number, either take a screenshot or make a note of it.
Once you've done all of that, you will receive an automated email reply, you will need to explain it all again on that, what you would like done. It isn't a quick process but good luck hope you get it sorted, would be nice to know how you get on π
