I had an issue with my account and sent an email, I got the generic response to check out the community page. I responded I needed more help than that. They then sent over 32 emails of the same message. It finally stopped then as I am in bed my phone vibrates 17 times... this person send 17 of the rate your service emails.. I can't get any help or talk to anyone, I even tried using my other email. This is insanely unprofessional.

This isn't even all the emails they sent today.

I have also had the same response as you when contacting Player Support, I'm not sure what is going on. Did you reply to any of the automated emails they sent you. I replied to the first one, then got another email, I replied again on that one, then got another email. I stopped responding after the fifth. When you contacted Player Support did you get a ticket number?

Could you please reply here showing us your game ID that could be helpful. As you are new to the Community, you may find what I have attached below helpful, click on the View Post in green and have a read. Hope to hear from you again 😉
