Can't play Candy crush jelly…it loads with a error message and then stops.

Hi @CommunityTeam.

I noticed ages ago that many players were having issues with iOS26. Now I find out iOS27 is even worse. I play on an iPad, but this is the main reason why I haven’t upgraded from iPadOS 18.7.

I hope the issue gets fixed soon, so most people with Apple devices can continue enjoying your games.

Hi MountainMom, unfortunately, none of the suggestions work for me.

This happens on Facebook candy crush saga as well. I can not proceed or get reward from either Facebook or iPhone App. Every time when the level is completed, the chocolate box pops up and frezes so, I have to restart then, the reward is gone and I had to play the same level again.

Hello @1405686372 and Welcome to this Community! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with the Chocolate Box event on your iPhone. This issue has been reported by other players and can sometimes be resolved by completing our standard troubleshooting steps:

Internet: Ensure you have a strong and stable Internet connection.
Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? We recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
Cache: Clear your game cache. Do NOT clear your game data -- that is where your boosters are stored. For Android devices: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Saga > Storage > Clear Cache ; For iOS devices: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

Please reply if these steps do not solve the problem.

Every time I passed the level, chocolate box comes up and frozen and nothing is clickable, so I have to kill the game on iPhone and restart, then comes back with the same level with no rewards for any events.

Can you please help on my account that is stuck at Chocolate box?
