hello, i have completed level 19970 and 19985 in first place, but i was not granted the gold bars for completing the race.
your assistance is highly appreciated

Can you please clarify something for me? Did you experience the issue yesterday or today? Do you remember whether the pop-up said "Episode Race" / "Champion Race" or "Caramel Cup"?
Usually, Caramel Cup is active only on the weekends. If the issue happened today, it would be the Episode Race but not Caramel Cup.
