Ad is black screen, freezes game

Question

I am watching ads and every so often the ad is a black screen, the game freezes, I don't get my bonus/booster, and loss standing in progress (and sometimes loose that game). This happens all the time, after days of people complaining, they finely fix but King never compensates or offers replacements boosters. Where is the good will?! Please fix.

I get the black screen also. Usually when I have the super charger and when it’s a “whatnot” app ad. I’m complaining here in addition to my own post hoping that if enough people complain they will finally do something.

I am sorry to hear that you have experienced Black screen and freezing issues in your game because of the Ads!  But, I am glad to know that the issue was fixed now!

I understand your concern about compensation!  Have you tried contacting the King Player Support team?

I also get a black screen, wait a minute, if nothing works swipe from lings to the right. Then you get your bonus for advertising. Advertising always works for me.
