why didn’t I receive my gold bars for winning the race?

Hello @Taniap73, Please be aware that most players have the Caramel Cup event in their games during the weekends. This event requires players to win 3 races consecutively within a limited amount of time to collect 100 gold bars. Consequently, no gold bars are awarded for winning the first two races, but you will be awarded some boosters. The checkered flag widget on your game map is blue when you are in an Episode Race and it is purple when you are in a Caramel Cup race.

If you believe you won 2 Episode Races (not Caramel Cup races), then you will need to contact King's Player Support team. The best way to reach the Player Support team is through your game as follows:

• Tap the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> Select a topic related to Events and scroll all the way down and tap “Chat With Us.”
• Provide as much detail as you can (levels, expected rewards, etc.) and any screenshots you might have.

The Player Support Team will have the details about your device and account and should be able to assist you 💚
