Hello everyone,

I lost 20 Gold Bars while playing Candy Crush Saga. During the game, I accidentally tapped the Gold Bar option, and the 20 Gold Bars were deducted from my account.

I already contacted the Candy Crush Support Team about this issue, but I haven't received a solution or had my Gold Bars restored. They suggested that I post my issue in the Community.

Could someone please help me with this issue? I would really appreciate it if my 20 Gold Bars could be restored.

Hello @kamrul092 Unfortunately no one here in this community can help you get gold restored, because we are all players of the game, just like you, and no one here can access your account! So much for the advice given to you by Player Support. However, it's great you have joined us here. We always like to see new people. Unfortunately King Support don't usually refund any gold bars that were spent by accidentally clicking on the gold bar tab.

This is something that apparently the game wants us to do: There is never a need to confirm payments with gold bars (even though if we want to quit a level we have to confirm this three times!) and the button is always big, bold and green. My judgement is that the app deliberately wants us to click on these tabs, so we have to be super careful not to do this.

There is an idea posted in the Ideas Section to require confirmation for purchases made with gold bars:
