Two days ago my free spin disappeared on all of my devices. (at the end of a game) I play on iPhone, Kindle and Windows 10 platforms. I asked friends and they still have it on their devices. Any solutions or has this feature now been disbanded? I really need my boosters as I am on level 5091 and they are all very difficult levels. Thank You!

@Queenofgames Hi and welcome, you can do the standard troubleshooting as above and this may help. but free spin is a test feature so it is not always available in your game. Test groups are groups of randomly selected people. so could mean your not in the test group at present but could be again in the future. I lost this on one device but still had in on win 10 app. Today though seems all my features except daily spin have gone missing on win 10 app, so this maybe due to a temporary problem

Please do the standard troubleshooting process by, log out, update your game application , Restart your device and login again to see if it helps you.

@Queenofgames - I also lost the free wheel on all my devices. I am only on Level 1722, think this may be time for me to quit playing this game and find another outlet for entertainment. I spend more time and $$$ than I need to on this game anyway.

I lost mine too as did many players.There's nothing we can do but hope it comes back soon. Fun events go in and out of my game all the time.
