The videos for free lives and boosters have not been playable recently. Is there something I can do to rectify that?

For me the ads come and go. Haven't seen many lately. I wish I would become part of the "test group" getting ads soon.
@MLAF Please try checking for a game update and log out and restart your devices, then log back in and see if you get any improvement. There are a couple of ads i believe may not be working correctly but these are being looked into at present

The ads/videos do pop up but appear to be "stuck".

If your game is properly updated and you are not having any bonus feature it is very normal. Please note that watching ads for boosters as well as other features which provide rewards are all bonus features and they are not permanent part of the game. It means that there is no guarantee that it will always be available in your game. It is provided to some group of selected players on test basis and unfortunately at the moment you are not part of that ads feature group. But things might change in future and you must be hopeful that you might be included in the group. Keep your game up to date and be hopeful.

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.
