My last grasp of the straw. If I don't get a solution this time, removing the game is all I've got.
@tsidigh Hi and welcome. Can you check the level it puts you on and see if it has any stars, My guess is this level has not registered correctly and if you replay the level and complete it it should resolve your problem. A screen shot would be helpful.
The other alternative if this does not work is create a new game and post the game ID and level you are on and maybe the CM can do you a manual restore of your level.

Not sure I'm understanding the issue correctly, sorry. Is your avatar stuck with a level different from your current one so each time you have to scroll?
